Biography
Hon. A.M.T.B. Adhikari has been a member of the North Western Provincial Council since the Third Provincial Council and has held the position of Deputy Chairman from June 2015 to October 2015. He was elected as the Chairman of the North Western Provincial Council on 06 October 2015.
